Academia vs. Business cartoon

There is a saying that "art mirrors life" and this may be a pretty good example of one of the differences between academia and business. Enjoy.

  1. This is very funny and at the same time very true.

  2. Um..... I don't know if I get it? Gosh I feel silly for asking this....

In Academia, when a problem is solved it means that we then have to write about it in so many different ways: papers, thesis, articles, etc.
In the world of business, when a problem is solved we just move right on to the next without much thought of sharing what was learned with others.

Am I on the right track?

  3. That is cute and very true. Some care too much and others not enough. Where's the happy medium?
